Field Agents - Mobile Patrol

 

​Shifts/Schedule:

  • Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays*

  • 1800-0400 (6p-4a)

  • 2000-0600 (8p-6a)

  • *Available days may vary depending on needed coverage.

​

Compensation:

  • Competitive Pay.

  • Study online from home.

  • Paid On the Job Field Training $15 an hour.

    • Repo Spotter & Check-Ins​

    • Process Serving

    • Parking Enforcement

    • License Plate Scanning

    • Security Enforcement & Patrol

  • Earn $18-$20 an hour after completion of training & pending performance.

  • Time and a half pay for most holidays, extreme weather, and some local events.

General Duties & Responsibilities: (to include but not limited to)​

  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitors surveillance; inspects buildings, equipment, and access points; permits entry.

  • Responds to disturbances, suspicious activity, alarms, etc.

  • Conducts lock-ups & un-locks of requested access points.

  • ​Process Server: Serves legal documents.

  • Repo Spotter: Assist recovery agents in facilitating collateral.

  • LPR Scanning: Scans plates for active repossession orders while on shift, you turn on the system and while driving the system helps your pay.

  • Parking Enforcement: Inspects properties for vehicles in violation of parking regulations.


​General:

  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

  • Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug test.

  • Be able to work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision.

  • Intermediate computer/tablet/mobile phone skills.

  • Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company vehicle.

  • Able to walk 1-5 miles in a 10-12 hour shift.

  • Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills, Strong communication skills written and verbal, Great attention to detail.
